Dr. med. dent. Susan Oswald-Schütz founded the clinic and is its medical director. She covers the full spectrum of dentistry, with a focus on implantology and laser dentistry. She has passed three state examinations, and her path took her to the University of Zurich and the University of Basel. In New Orleans, she worked at Louisiana State University. She holds the Brånemark Master Diploma in implantology and diplomas as a laser expert and as a laser safety officer, and has 30 years of experience with the laser.
Carin Wirz is responsible for prophylaxis and practice management. She has worked with Dr Oswald-Schütz for more than 20 years and started as her apprentice. Markus Schütz, formerly CEO of Orcos Medical, is in charge of executive management. Andrea Germann takes your calls and looks after organisational matters. Dr. med. / med. dent. Arno König supports the team with a focus on outpatient cosmetic surgery, implantology, CEREC and longevity medicine. He formerly worked in surgery at Klinik Bethanien in Zurich and ran his own practice for decades before selling it a few years ago. Since then, he has treated patients at Zahnklinik Küsnacht.

Technology in the clinic
We use this technology in the clinic:
- Laser instead of the drill: the laser page explains how the laser often replaces the drill and why laser treatment needs no injection in many cases.
- Digital scan: we use a scan instead of impression material. A small scanner captures your teeth in photorealistic detail and in three dimensions.
- X-rays: we only take X-rays when they are needed. Where necessary, this includes digital X-rays during your check-up, with around 80 per cent less radiation.
- CEREC: crowns and veneers come as ceramic made in the clinic. Making them takes two to three hours.
